Fly to the Past! And Motor through the Cotswolds

Just spent a really lovely afternoon at Oxford Airport, at the Fly to the Past event (www.flytothepast.co.uk); would highly recommend it next year for enthusiasts of planes, classic cars and all things retro…

And discovered a great little company that is based just a few hundred metres from where I live: Cotswold500 (www.cotswold500.com), which organises self-drive tours around the Cotswolds in “Bella” and “Fifi”, two classic Fiat 500s, from £155 per day, including petrol, insurance and suggested routes.  I know what I’ll be doing next time I spot a sunny weekend on the horizon…
